Reading : cards and astrology

Hi there, I have currently Uranus in transit making a trine to my natal conjunction Moon/Venus. Over the years, I have noticed that astrology transits are very effective. Astrology is something I have studied : noting down the aspects of transits at major turns in my life. There never was a major event that wasn’t reflecting in transits. A trine is an aspect of 120 degree, and it speaks here of an opportunity. As 2 planets will be affected by the transit, there will be some major changes coming in. As the planet transiting¬† is Uranus the transit will be a “surprise”.

uranussymbolcolorUranus is the planet of awakening, sudden shock and surprise. Some keywords : originality, inventors, computers, cutting edge technologies. It is the joker, the wild card of the universe.

An array of possibilities can be here triggered, the Lenormand cards are used here to seek out which out of all the possibilities is going to be given birth to.

I did a 5 cards reading to see what exactly this trine would bring into my life. Here are the cards :

the coffin 08the bear 15the heart 24the birds 12the crossroad 22

the coffin, the bear, the heart, the birds, the path

The relationship between the Coffin and Uranus is quite interesting to have here. This is actually a great example of the Coffin not necessarily being a “bad” card. It speaks of a major life’s alteration. Uranus is a new way of looking at things ! As the transit is a trine , it is going to be taking place smoothly into my life.

Uranus disrupt, change, and re-do whatever it touches. Some things are going to be changed forever. The Coffin is the end of a life cycle. Looking forward. This could really mean the end of being single. Especially since the Heart is there in 5 cards. This will break up the rigid past and challenges. Viable patterns for the present are able to step into my life. I have to admit I can’t wait to have some changes brought into my “routine” right now. I had some very tough times the last 10 years, and I am fed up with tragedies and losses. I want my life back.

Next card is the Bear. It may represents someone. Most of the time, the Bear is a man. Keywords : strong and powerful. Someone protective, caring, generous.

The Bear associated with the Heart : someone with a good heart, generous. A passion on the way ?

The Heart is for tenderness, generosity, love, romance. The conjunction of Moon and Venus are I guess represented here by this card. As the Heart is central in the draw, it seems to act as a focus.

The Birds : this is the card of verbal communication, chat, gossip. Also the cards for a couple. Directly following the Heart, it looks like being in a romance is coming around the corner.

The Crossroads speaks again of the choice, the opportunity. I see it here as meaning life getting into a new direction.

I always look at the cut : the Key associated with the Ship. Key is the Yes card. The Ship can stand for many things, here I suppose it is the longing for something. The Combination speaks about a dream to come true. The ship speaks also of travel, and being abroad. Maybe it speaks about a future move, indicated in the 5 cards by the Crossroads.

Reading Case analysis around summer time romance

Hi there,

I yet have found a reading I did a while back which is around the topic of relationship.
Context : single, going on an extended holiday, wanting to know if a summer time romance would be on the menu !

The past (3 cards)

the Bear (15) , the Heart (24) , the Coffin (8)

This is reflecting the relationship that ended. That part of the spread was representing the past that ended, and has no more influence on her at the present. On a sidenote, the Bear is here standing as the very possessive nature of her ex lover. So sometimes, when you will see the Bear associated with the Heart, think about asking the querent whether she thinks her partner is possessive, jealous and such. When you do a reading using the “grand tableau”, you have more than 3 cards, and you will have more clues whether to translate that as possessiveness or just passion without the bad aspect such as jealousy. Of course, the Coffin here says that passion or that possessive relationship is over.

What is happening right now in regard of her decision (which is to find someone), opening the door to that eventuality. (3 cards)

the Cross (36), The Tree (5), The Crossroads (22)

She is actually at the Crossroads. The decision to leave her ex is one thing. But the fact that she now decides to find love is another decision. The Cross is there to imply she is making an important decision, she is at a turning point of her life. The Crossroads is at the end of the line so I see it as her leaving what is unnecessary behind and moving on. She has a high ideal and she is pursuing it. The high ideal is to me the combination shown by the Cross and the Tree.

The next future and the outcome of her question : Was she going to meet someone in the summer time ?

the Tower (19), the Sun (31), the Fish (34)

She was going on holiday and wanted to know if there was a potential for a relationship during summer time. I would have love to tell her about summer romance, but with that combo; it looked unlikely. It was showing a place by the ocean during the summer (the Sun with the Fish). Also implied it could be expensive ! But all in all, the Tower is not exactly the card you get announcing a relationship. The Tower stands for isolation, loneliness in this draw. It doesn’t mean an awful holiday but don’t expect to meet the love of your life. Be self reliant, enjoy the summer. Make the most of it, love is probably on the way but it will come later, at the right time !

The coffin (8)

The coffin represents something that is ending. It is not necessary a bad sign as one may actually think at first when getting this card. But major changes are going to take places. It is the sign of the completion of a cycle in your life. This can be the end of a job, the end of relationship, the end of trouble, the end of being single. Ending certain things in life can be very liberating. So It doesn’t mean death as people assume most of the time ! But it mean that something is coming to an end (and therefore “dies”). It might also represents a period in your life when things are not moving and taking a still stand. It very much depends on the context once again. Just like the “death” card in the tarot : it stands for transformation. And transformation may cause stress and pain at times.
